Shipping & Processing:

Order Processing:

Orders placed usually ship within 1-3 business days. In those rare occasions or during exceptionally busy times, we do experience some longer delays in the Sudsy Den. If this happens we will do our best to contact you promptly and get your ordered processed as soon as we can.

Domestic Shipping:

USA shipping -  Most orders ship with UPS and USPS shipping.  We occasionally have products only available for pre-order, please read product description to learn transit times for pre-orders.  

Orders that do not include a pre-order item typically leave our facility within 1-3 business days, and will arrive to the customer anywhere from 2-10 business days.   

Shipping is free for domestic orders over $50.  This is $50 in products.  After taxes and before any promotional discount.

International Shipping - Ship times vary.  Please be aware that customs may be charged on buyers end. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your country and order size. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes:

Sudsy Bear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping times on international orders (including Canada) can take up to 4 weeks depending on your mode of transport.  If you haven't received your package after 4 weeks, please contact us.  

In the event that your package is stuck in transit, lost, or stolen, you will need to file a claim so please make sure to order in advance

If your ordered is unable to be delivered due to an incorrect address you will be responsible to pay to reship the package.

Out Of Stock Standard Order Policy:

If we accept an order online that is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, we will contact the customer to seek resolution. Options are a refund for the out of stock item or opting to choose an equivalent replacement item to substitute for the out of stock item on your order.

Out Of Stock Subscription Policy:

In the event that a subscription order contains a product that is out of stock, we will engage in "Sudsy Swap", which ultimately means we will substitute your out of stock item with a limited edition picked by the Bear! At any time, you can access your subscription dashboard and update your order.


We accept returns of unused products within 7 days of the customer receiving the product. If you would like to make a return please include your order number or packing slip, so that we can process your refund or exchange as soon as possible.

We do not refund shipping fees or provide return labels.  Please send the product back to this address...

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What does preorder mean?
To avoid sell out risk, we occasionally make our products available for preorder. If a product does not have a preorder notice listed under the product description, they will be shipped to you within 1-3 business days from when you place your order. If you have a combination of preorder items and ready to ship items on your order, it will ship when all preorders are ready to ship. If you need your ready to ship items faster than your preorder items, we recommend placing two separate orders.

2. Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards? 
We currently offer international shipping through UPS and USPS International! Input your address at checkout to see your shipping options. 

3. How can I pay for my order? (Check these options please)
Sudsy Bear Soap currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment via PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

4. How can I check the status of my order?
We know you are so excited to receive your order, which is why we will be sure to notify you when your order starts to ship via the email you entered when you placed your order. Always check your spam folder as well.

5. Can I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel or edit your order, as well as edit your shipping information, as long as you notify us within 30 minutes of placing your order. Please email customer service at info@sudsybearsoap@gmail.com 

6. Can I exchange my order?

If you’d like to make an exchange, please reach out to customer service at info@sudsybearsoap@gmail.com. If you prefer to place another order and return your order, please refer to our returns section above.

7. How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 7 days of delivery. Please visit our returns section above to initiate the returns process.

8. What do I do if my order is damaged, I received the wrong item, or my order is missing part of it?
We value your support and strive to make sure you get all the high quality products that you ordered. Please email customer service at   info@sudsybearsoap@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a picture of any defects.

9. My discount code is not working, what do I do?

Our system only allows one code to be used at checkout but can also be glitchy. If the discount code is not applying, please email customer service at info@sudsybearsoap@gmail.com with your order number and the discount code so they can look into manually applying that to your order and send you a refund.

10. Where is Sudsy Bear Soap Company based?

Our warehouse is located in Pierson, Florida. We ship directly from our Sudsy Den. All shipping is handled in-house.


11. Where are Sudsy Bear’s products made?

 Starting July 2021, in an effort to keep up with demand and to avoid long delays in the supply chain caused by COVID and due in-part to tremendous growth for our company, we partnered with a 3rd party to contract manufacture some of our most popular soaps. We supply 100% of the organic/all natural ingredients to our manufacturing partner and the recipes, processes and quality are all uniformly identical and unique to our company. As we continue to expand our facilities and in-house capacities we will eliminate the need for further contract manufacturing. 

But, I thought Sudsy Bear made all their products?   Well, we do! We make every single product in our R&D lab prior to production. This allows us to nail the formulations to perfection before manufacturing begins. Once manufacturing is complete, all soaps are cut, cured and packaged in-house. Every company that experiences amazing success will eventually have a hard decision to make. Do we remain a small company and maintain the "homemade' adage for our products or do we want to scale the company to far greater heights than we ever could as a one or two man/woman show? We chose the latter and it's been the best decision we've ever made! 

12. Are Sudsy Bear products cruelty-free?

Yes, all of our products are made with sustainably sourced and cruelty-free natural and/or organic ingredients.

13. How long does Sudsy Bear soap bars last?

Longevity is highly variable with organic soaps, but the average response we get from customers is 3-4 weeks for our 5-5.5oz bars and 4-5 weeks for our 6.25-6.50oz bars.

14. Does Sudsy Bear offer samples?

We do offer samples for customers who place an order, but want to try a soap or two before buying. Simply use the text box “Order Note” on the checkout page and let us know the samples you would like to try and we’ll be happy to include them with your order.

15. Is Sudsy be the greatest natural soap company on the planet?
